1. What is Grandiose Plus loyalty program?

As a member, you will earn points every time you make a purchase at any of Grandiose branches across Dubai and Abu Dhabi or by shopping online.

 

2. How do I join Grandiose Plus loyalty program?

You can download Grandiose App from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store and create an account by registering with the following information:

  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Mobile number.
  • Email address.

You could also register using your social login credentials like Apple ID, Google, and Facebook or by simply going to www.grandiose.ae and creating your account there.

 

3. Am I considered as Plus customer if I already have an account at Grandiose?

Yes, all customers who have registered are automatically granted Grandiose Plus membership status.

4. Can I earn points at all Grandiose branches?

Yes, you can earn points at any Grandiose store.

 

5. How can I earn Grandiose Plus points in-store?

1. Download Grandiose app & register your details in order to start earning.

2. Start spending at any Grandiose branch.

3. Notify the cashier that you have the Grandiose app.

4. The cashier will scan your Grandiose Plus virtual card during checkout.

 

6. How can I earn Grandiose Plus points online?

1. Download Grandiose app & register your details.

2. Start spending on Grandiose app.

3. Your points will be automatically updated in your balance under your Grandiose Plus virtual card.

 

7. How are points calculated?

For every 1 AED you spend, you get 0.05 points. For every 10 points accumulated, you receive 1 AED to redeem at any of our stores or online. You can see your points earned and the value of those points in AED under your Grandiose Plus virtual card.

 

8. Do my points expire?

Yes, your points expire after 2 years of inactivity. To maintain your points, you must place at least one order in-store or online within 2 years.

 

9. Can I collect Points using any payment method?

Payment using cash/cards are eligible to collect points. Payment using coupons, store credits, loyalty points are not eligible to collect Points.

 

10. How long does it take for my reward to reflect?

Please allow 8 hours before you can see your points on the app. In case your points are still not reflected after 24 hours, please contact support@grandiose.ae.

 

11. How can I redeem my points?

  • You can redeem your points both in-store and online.
  • In-store: please ask the cashier at checkout to use your points. You will be able to see points deduction amount on your printed receipt.
  • Online: you will have an option at checkout to pay using your points and they will be automatically deducted.

 

12. What are the Rewards & Coupons displayed under my Grandiose Plus page?

Rewards & Coupons displayed under your Grandiose Plus page are additional rewards we have customized for you. You must apply the coupon or reward on your app in order to use it in-store or online.

 

13. Can I merge two Grandiose Plus accounts?

No, currently each member has their own account, and they cannot be merged.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Grandiose Plus, the loyalty program for Grandiose Sole Proprietorship LLC (the Company) is effective as of 31/08/2023 and operates under the terms and conditions as set out herein unless otherwise expressly stated.

The terms and conditions seek to regulate the Company’s relationship with members of Grandiose Plus (collectively "Grandiose Plus Members” and individually referred to as “Grandiose Plus Member”, “Member” or “You”), including how to earn and redeem Grandiose Plus Points (“Points”).

By subscribing to Grandiose Plus account, or by using your membership account number to earn and redeem Points from Grandiose Plus, you agree that you have read and accept these terms and conditions and accept the terms and conditions of the website T&Cs. Your continued participation in Grandiose Plus will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions, and any subsequent amendment thereof, as published from time to time.

All Points and offers are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate Grandiose Plus, in whole or in part, with six months advance notice to all active Grandiose Plus Members. At the discretion of the Company, Grandiose Plus may be substituted by a similar loyalty program at any time immediately upon sending notice to Grandiose Plus Members.

 

Eligibility:

To become a Member of Grandiose Plus, you must be a United Arab Emirates resident. To enroll, you simply need to have registered an account for shopping at Grandiose via the app or the website Grandiose.ae. If you are already registered as a user of the Company, then you will automatically become a Grandiose Plus Member. A barcode will be associated with your membership, which can be accessed via the “My Account” option on the website or through the app. You will not be able to transfer your membership to another eligible Member. Multiple Members of the same family or household will not be able to merge Grandiose Plus memberships.

 

Earning Points:

As a Member, you will be eligible to earn Points while shopping in-store or online. Specifically:

  • For every 1AED spent online or in-store, you will earn 0.05 points.
  • Every 10 points accumulated equals 1AED.

We appreciate you as a Member and therefore have ensured that upon successful joining of Grandiose Plus you will receive 50 Points, which is equivalent to 5AED.

All you need to do is present and scan your barcode at the cashier before completing your transaction to earn points. If you are shopping online, you will earn points automatically.

Note that it may take up to 8 hours for earned Points to be reflected on your account.

 

Redeeming Points:

You will be able to use accumulated Points for your in-store or online purchases whereby if you choose to redeem, the equivalent amount corresponding to Points will be deducted from your final bill.

 

Refunds and Returns:

In case you return and/or request a refund for purchases, respective Points of equivalent value will be deducted from your accrued Points.

 

Points Expiration:

Earned Points will expire after two (2) years of inactivity, namely if you do not conduct any transactions online or in-store for two years, all your accumulated Points will expire.

Grandiose Plus is offered “as is” without warranty, representation, condition, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law. Company does not warrant that the application and website will be uninterrupted, error-free and that defects will be corrected immediately. Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that details pertaining to your Grandiose Plus account are up to date, displaying accurate balances of your earned Points; however, we cannot ensure that this will always be the case and hereby disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy of such balances. Should you identify a discrepancy with your Grandiose Plus, please Contact US and we will look into the matter.

 

Fair Use Policy:

We strive for all Members to enjoy the benefits of Grandiose Plus, and that is why we have a fair use policy in place. As such, the use of your designated account barcode should be used solely by you, not by multiple individuals. Corporate use is also not permitted. In case we identify potential misuse of your Grandiose Plus membership, we reserve the right to suspend the account or permanently delete it. Suspension or deletion may lead to forfeiture of the earned Points.

 

Privacy Policy:

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of data or loss of benefits. Our liability shall be limited to all damages, losses, and causes of action, shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) and other expenses arising directly out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, and your activities in connection with Grandiose Plus.

 

Governing Law:

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern Grandiose Plus terms and conditions. Members expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai for all matters arising in connection with these terms and conditions and Grandiose Plus participation.
