Return & Refund Policy



  • Our return and refund policy (the “Return & Refund Policy”) shall be part and parcel of the Terms of Service and processed based on our sole discretion without any liability to you.
  • Subject to terms hereto, you may have the right to return any products purchased on the Platform and request a replacement or refund (based on our sole discretion) by way of providing the products in the original packaging and the original or online receipts associate with such purchase.
  • You are required to call the following number 80022444 to arrange for the return of the products.
  • Our Customer service team shall qualify your return and proceed with the refund of the value of the order to the Credit/Debit card used in the transaction, or as Wallet Balance or in Cash, and in which the way of refund to be decided by Grandiose.
  • Non-perishable products (e.g. Grocery food & Non-food) can be returned or exchanged up to 7 days.
  • If customer decided to return goods due to change mind, quality issue or manufacture’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use) must be returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags and packaging (with free items If any).
  • Any electronics/electrical products shall be returned/refunded, if found defective and reported within 7 days, only after authorized service center’s technical verification for the reported defect as “manufacturing defect” (the verification process can take up to 5 business days) Exchange or Refund will be done only after the technical report.
  • For electronics/electrical products Grandiose customer service colleagues would update the customer by the manufacture warranty service center If the item purchased since more 7 days.
  • Return/Refund does not apply to Newspapers, magazine, books, greeting cards, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Phones, Digital Cameras, Personal Care, Hygienic products if the product is not in sealed condition.
  • Products can be exchanged if the purchased item is fully intact and sealed and returned within the above-mentioned period.
  • Flowers, roses, and plants are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returns are ultimately at our discretion. Returns may be refused for any reason as we deem fit.
  • During the delivery customer can decline and return any item before payment, Then our delivery team can do direct reduction on spot on the invoice.
  • After the delivery For food safety & hygiene reasons we are not able to refund or exchange the following items: Fresh food, Dairy products, Frozen products; Baby food; Cigarettes, Hair accessories; and Make-up adding all the excluded items mentioned above on general policy.
  • We offer exchanges for a similar product only.
  • Exchanges may be processed for items of the same price. Additional fees may apply.
